Brand Launch & Team Building

Working alongside renewable energy company Nadara, we announced a new brand identity to the worldwide team.

Tasked with creating an exciting and fully-inclusive brand launch event, we engaged & educated colleagues further embedding the company strategy and culture.

Our teams activated in 4 x European cities simultaneously, planning and executing live events with accompanying online activity to engage colleagues around the globe. Working closely with colleagues in each of the cities, and focussing heavily on sustainability, we ensured a sense of consistency across all events with Ministry hosts and technical crews overseeing each location.

The broadcast team ran from our temporary studio in the beautiful Hippodrome de San Siro – Milan, with live video link-ups to each location running throughout the day, creating a sense of excitement and inclusivity for all.

Onsite teams were challenged with replicating letters from the all-new company logo. This was then edited together during the live broadcast, before the grand reveal of the new logo. Colleagues were then treated to a series of fun games and activities in a more informal setting. These were designed to further instil the new brand values in a fun and memorable way.
