When Harrods decided they wanted an Ice Kingdom themed Christmas grotto in 2016 we slid into action.

Inspired by the Swiss ‘Nisse’ character, our elves wore silver, white and green costumes, keeping things nice and icy.

Between  31st October until Christmas Eve Harrods customers had the chance to experience a wintry wonderland filled with stories, magical creations, beautiful scenes and festive sparkle!

Lucky Christmas shoppers were invited into a sparkling festive adventure, meeting cheerful elves and taking an enchanting 30 minute journey through the ice and snow before meeting Father Christmas.

Children met magical creatures, joined in with musical numbers on hand bells and were entertained with magic, music and festive Ministry fun!
